* Introduction to Detail Renovations, Inc.

* Scheduling of in vivo consultation at project site

* Walk through project site with client
* Presentation of project enhancements or cost-effective alternatives
* Discussion of client expectations and budget requirements

* To facilitate the billing process Detail Renovations’ proposals are itemized. This is done so that clients are aware of what they are paying for and what work will be conducted.
* During this phase, clients will be presented with the proposed scope of work for their project. Discussions regarding project enhancements or cost-effective alternatives will be discussed at length during this phase.

* Upon contract acceptance Detail Renovations, Inc. will begin the process of applying for or requesting the appropriate permissions to begin your project.

* For some, shopping for renovation materials can be a daunting process. As a Detail Renovations client, you will be personally escorted to multiple vendor locations to select your materials with the assistance of a renovation expert.
 * Selecting your preferred materials is all that is required of you during this phase. Upon selection, Detail Renovations will determine the correct quantity and material specifications required and will organize the delivery and receipt of these items as they are delivered to the project site.

* Create final punch list
* Complete final punch list items
* Close out project
* Clients are asked to complete a project satisfaction survey.
