Home renovation of kitchen, main living areas, lower level bathroom, and laundry space
Objective
Upon becoming empty nesters, the clients remodeled their house’s main living spaces to fit their new lifestyles focused on cooking to host family holidays and entertain guests

Unique Element
In order to seamlessly connect the kitchen floors with those of the main living room, two different wood species and colors were sanded, stained areas removed and refinished to disguise their transition
Custom Creations
Given the basement access was in the kitchen, a door matching the rest of the pantry doors was utilized to conceal the entrance;
Custom closets and concealed storage were fabricated to completely maximize the laundry space
In The Details
In order to accommodate the new kitchen design and installation of new appliances, roughly 60% of the air conditioning system in the rear section of the home was rerouted
